I'm Alicia!

This November, I’m inviting you to join me in embracing the theme of Gratitude & Growth. As Thanksgiving approaches, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and celebrate the progress we’ve made, the support systems that lift us up, and the lessons that shape us. Gratitude isn’t just a feel-good practice-it’s a powerful tool that fuels resilience, strengthens focus, and deepens our connections.

For ambitious women like us, gratitude can be both a lifeline and a guiding force. Here are a few ways I’m practicing Gratitude & Growth this month. Will you try them with me?

Celebrate the Small Wins

As leaders, we’re often moving quickly from one task to the next, and it’s easy to overlook those small but mighty achievements. This month, I’m reminding myself to celebrate every step forward, knowing that big progress is built on small wins.

What I’m Doing: Each day, I’m writing down one “win,” no matter how small-like completing a project, taking a step forward in my business, or simply showing up at my best. These moments of self-gratitude build momentum and remind me of my resilience.

Recognize Your Support Team

Behind every trailblazing woman is a network of people who’ve helped her along the way. I’m taking a moment this month to show appreciation for those who support me-whether it’s colleagues, mentors, or family members who keep me grounded.

What I’m Doing: I’m sending a few quick thank-you messages to people who’ve been there for me. Whether it’s a heartfelt note or a simple “thank you,” acknowledging their support strengthens our connections and creates a ripple effect of gratitude.

Reflect on Personal Growth

Gratitude isn’t just about looking outward; it’s also about acknowledging our own growth. This year has been full of challenges, and I’m taking time to reflect on how those experiences have helped me grow stronger and wiser.

What I’m Doing: I’m jotting down three strengths I’ve developed over the past year and thinking about how these qualities have transformed my leadership. This small practice deepens my self-gratitude and reminds me to lead with confidence.

Celebrate the Impact of Your Connections

Meaningful relationships are the backbone of professional success. This month, I’m focusing on going beyond the usual pleasantries to genuinely thank clients, partners, and colleagues who’ve made a positive impact on my journey.

What I’m Doing: At the end of each week, I’m sending a brief message of appreciation to someone who’s contributed to my growth. It doesn’t have to be lengthy-a few words can go a long way in building and deepening our connections.

Embracing Gratitude & Growth

As I dive into Gratitude & Growth this month, I’m reminding myself that growth is about so much more than just hitting milestones. It’s about honoring the people, lessons, and strengths that shape us along the way.

Here’s to a November filled with appreciation for where we are and excitement for where we’re headed. I’m so grateful for each of you on this journey, and I can’t wait to see how we all grow together.
