hey, I'm Alicia
I know what it feels like to be inside a decision that changes everything.
I’ve moved eleven times in twenty years of marriage. Left a six-figure corporate career. Lost 130 pounds and rebuilt the way I lived. Co-founded a business then made the decision to step away and build what came next.
None of those decisions arrived with perfect certainty. Each one required me to tell the truth about where I was, understand the tradeoffs, and act before every answer was available.
That is what I bring to your problem: distance and pattern recognition.
We name what matters, do the honest math, and build your next move from there.
Resumes can tell you where someone worked and what title they held. They cannot show you the decisions made around a kitchen table, the seasons when family took priority, the losses that changed the plan, or the ordinary days when a new direction was taking shape.
The years between my titles held a marriage, two boys, many moves, grief, health, reinvention, and more than one version of home. They taught me that a life can change direction without losing its throughline.
This timeline adds the context a list of roles never could. It shows the life around the work and the experiences that shaped how I think, lead, and make decisions today.
