Today, as we celebrate my oldest son’s 10th birthday, the sense of new parenthood still echoes. That familiar question, “What am I doing?” persists, a constant companion in this journey. And I know it always will.

Together, we’ll navigate life’s twists and turns, learning and growing with each passing season. These shared experiences shape us profoundly, offering clarity amidst life’s complexities.

As I embark on a new professional chapter, I’ve been reflecting on the depth of experience, not just in terms of roles and titles, but in life’s rich tapestry of lessons. And, how we use those lessons and experiences to help others.

It’s been on my heart to serve my community differently. Through thoughtful consideration and discernment, the path is becoming more clear. This summer’s pause has solidified my decision to build a business centered around a community of inspiring, motivated, innovative and inclusive women. I’ve had the privilege of connecting with incredible women at life’s crossroads, and their stories resonate deeply.

Alicia Schumacher Co is taking shape with a clear purpose: to empower women in finding their true alignment. I’m particularly passionate about supporting those navigating the challenges of ADHD as adults, offering resources and tools for those diagnosed later in life.

My goal is to equip individuals with strategies to tackle tough situations, foster innovative thinking, and build stronger connections. Together, I know we can create a more compassionate and genuinely connected world.

The marketer in me wants to have everything tied up in a bow for a perfectly polished launch, but authenticity requires honesty. This journey is unfolding, and I’m embracing the imperfect process. We’re so accustomed to seeing highlight reels, but the reality is often messy and beautiful. So, I’m gently introducing Alicia Schumacher Co to the world while cherishing these final summer days with my boys before the school year begins.
